James Cromwell returns to the Savannah Film Festival with two new credits to his name by way of “A Year in Mooring” and “The Artist.” The latter, a silent film by French director Michel Hazanavicius, recalls the transition between silent films and “talkies.” Cromwell sits down and talks to District about his approach to acting.
